Nothing better than discovering new labels and these guys look set for big things in 2010…

Vision & Ethos:

For the time being we want to concentrate on 7″ only and then see what happens after that – perhaps moving toward 12″ in the future…

Our distributer, Forte, has offered us the chance of digital distribution too, which we might take up but we need to think about that a bit more…

As our ‘About’ section on the site says our releases are designed simply to serve the uncompromising expressions of alternative, drone, electronic, experimental jazz, krautrock, minimalist and post-rock movements.

Our releases are produced in limited quantities, 200 and lower depending on the artist/record, on 7″ vinyl with 100% recycled picture labels and sleeves that are assembled carefully by hand.

And again as we have on our site, we know it might sound a little cheesy but we truly feel that there really is something tactile about pulling a piece of vinyl from its sleeve, looking at the gleaming surface tracked with grooves, placing it on the turntable and gently placing the needle onto it.

Release Schedule:

Here is the schedule right now – first two releases are set in stone but third and fourth are still fluid at the moment…

1. Machinefabriek ‘Slovensko’ 7″ scheduled for release 25 January 2010.
2. Eric Chenaux ‘Warm Weather/Le Vieux Favori 4′ 7″ scheduled for release 22 February 2010.
3. Expo 70 ‘Untitled’ 7″ – specific date still to be confirmed but scheduled for April 2010.
4. Black To Comm ‘Untitled’ 7″ – specific date still to be confirmed but scheduled for May 2010.
